If you would like a hat, fascinator, head piece or tiara made to compliment an outfit for any occasion, please arrange an appointment with Victoria.
Designs seen on this website can be recreated in different colours, sizes and materials. Bring along colour swatches or photographs of the outfit that you plan to wear.
Head pieces start from £45 and hats from £85 depending on the materials used and the amount of hours it takes to create. A 50% deposit will be taken on agreement of the design. Full payment must be made and cleared before despatch (cheque, cash or Paypal will be accepted)
The average turnaround is 2 weeks depending on material delivery. Items can be delivered to or picked up by the client.
In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, on receipt of it is return to us, your money will be refunded. Please obtain proof of dispatch for any returned items as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. If an item is damaged during shipping to you, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and return it within 48 hours of receiving the item. The cost of shipping will be calculated based on first class recorded delivery within the UK only and is not refundable. All personal details held will not be passed on to a third party without prior permission.
